Free legal aid/fees : Advokatene C&M

FREE LEGAL AIR

Many classes of cases are covered under the public free legal aid arrangement or insurance schemes. We will review your case in relation to these alternatives. Some cases are subject to a means test, and the requirement is that the client’s income is under a stipulated threshold.
The income threshold as of 01.01.2023 is NOK 350,000.- for single and NOK 540,000.- for cohabitants/spouses.

FEES

With the exception of free legal aid our standard fees will be between
NOK 2,000.- – NOK 2,500.- plus VAT.

Standard fees will not be charged until the charges have been agreed with the client.
